The Assignment:  

Read the materials available in this week's Learning Resources. Pay particular attention to the narrative elements and strategies presented as well as this week's vocabulary.  Employ ONE of Plot or Setting as you analyze ONE of this week's short stories.  Your analysis should be between 300 and 500 words.  Make sure that your analysis focuses on elemental analysis rather than plot summary.
